it says everything is fine.

it says the new development will add, quote, a negligible volume of trips, end quote.

the study counted cars on a tuesday in february during a tropical storm.

the study counted from a parking lot.

the study has a pdf and a seal and a fee that somebody paid and somebody else collected.

i am not mad at the study.

the study is doing its job.

the study is a poem with a stamp on it.

the cars are doing their job too.

they are real and there are more of them every year and they do not care about the pdf.
